Evansville Police have started a badge coloring contest for kids 5 to 14 with entries due by Friday, September 19 at 11:59 p.m. CST, available online, at the police front lobby, or by email — all submissions will be posted on Facebook for voting starting Tuesday, September 23 and closing on September 30 at 5:00 p.m. CST — the winner will get a tour of the Command Building and a photo with Police Chief Phillip Smith and Mayor Stephanie Terry.
