About this event

Shortly after Cameron Meadows and the State failed to reach a plea agreement on charges related to Meadows’s harassment of Karen Wathen, the State was granted leave to remove some counts and add others to the charging information. In response, Meadows filed a motion to dismiss, arguing the new charges constituted vindictive prosecution. The trial court denied Meadows’s motion, and a jury found Meadows guilty of multiple harassment counts. Meadows now appeals and raises one issue for our review: Whether the trial court erred by denying her motion to dismiss.

The scheduled panelists are Judge Brown, Judge Altice, and Judge Felix
