- ➤ Local faith leaders and churches joined BRIDGE — a group promoting racial equity — for a community discussion on racial justice at the C.K. Newsome Community Center at 100 E. Walnut Street on Sunday, Mar. 1 at 2:00 p.m. as part of the annual Racial Justice Faith Week. 14 News
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Lane closures start today on I-64 near the Lynnville exit for bridge maintenance over Cole Creek and County Road 100 West, and work is expected to continue until early May—weather permitting. INDOT urges drivers to slow down in the work zone. 14 News
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ The OVC men’s and women’s basketball tournaments will be held March 4-7 at the Ford Center in Evansville, with 16 teams vying for a spot in the NCAA Tournament. The women’s games will air in the afternoon on ESPN+ while the men's games stream at night on ESPN+ and ESPNU. Courier & Press
