ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ High winds on Sunday just after 12:00 p.m. knocked down power lines and broke a large electrical pole near Lynch Rd and Garrison Ave in Evansville, closing the road until CenterPoint Energy completes repairs (per Evansville/Vanderburgh EMA). 14 News
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Evansville Water and Sewer Utility is offering an extra week of spring yard waste service from Mar. 30 through May 1 for residential customers to dispose of yard waste following specific guidelines. Republic Services will pick up the waste on regular trash days, and proper containment is required. 14 News
