- ➤ An Evansville woman, 28-year-old Raven Young, was arrested on March 13 for felony charges of drug dealing resulting in death and dealing narcotics in connection with a 2021 fatal overdose—she is now held at Vanderburgh County Jail with a $50,000 cash bond. 44 News
- ➤ An Evansville man charged with attempted murder now faces aggravated battery (posing a substantial risk of death) after deputies said his car left the scene of a drive-by shooting on Wyoming Avenue near a victim’s home on Sunday morning (court return set for Thursday afternoon). 14 News
- ➤ Evansville police said one person was taken into custody after a driver crashed into First Avenue Presbyterian Church at 11:30 a.m. today when the vehicle hit landscaping and a stone wall before stopping in a nearby CVS, and AMR was also called to the scene. 44 News
