- ➤ Theresa Floyd-Maas, an Evansville native who attended Mater Dei High School and the University of Southern Indiana, became CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ohio Valley after starting as support staff and rising to house operations manager. - ➤ Evansville will host its first Mac and Cheese Festival on Saturday afternoon at Main Street Food and Beverage—organizers said the festival will run from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a VIP event at 12 p.m. The event will offer over 40 mac and cheese options, live music, an eating contest, and a corn hole tournament.
