- ➤ Mesker Park Zoo welcomed a new baby porcupine named Pistachio on March 31, born to parents BIC and Cece, and the young animal has been seen following its mother in the Children’s Forest. 14 News

- ➤ The City of Evansville launched a digital Climate Action Dashboard today to track progress from its 2025 Climate Action Plan — letting residents view emissions data from five sectors, including energy, transportation, land, waste and resilience. - ➤ Indiana Department of Transportation officials announced a new traffic pattern near the SR 165 interchange to Poseyville that will begin Tuesday — one lane will remain open in both directions and the westbound on-ramp will be closed. The work will continue through June. 14 News
- ➤ Residents met Tuesday at St. Paul's UCC Church — a local landmark — in Evansville to share concerns about housing conditions and eviction procedures amid a state investigation into EHA and Advantix properties. Their input will help guide the investigation moving forward. 44 News
