- ➤ Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry announced the city will host its second annual Summer Resource Fair for youth and teens on Sunday, April 27 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Pagoda, 401 SE Riverside Dr.—the event will link local youth with summer camps, educational programs, and job opportunities. 44 News

- ➤ The Indiana Department of Transportation will repair potholes on Evansville’s west side near Posey County Line Road starting on or after April 23 until April 24. Commuters should expect delays in the morning as crews work from 4 a.m. until 2 p.m. each day — officials say. WEHT
- ➤ City officials said Riverside Drive is closed in both directions at Chestnut Street because high river levels let water flow under the road. Repairs will resume when the water drops below 23 feet later this weekend — drivers must use Second Street for a detour. 44 News
- ➤ The City of Evansville is hosting its second Block-by-Block Neighborhood Revitalization event this Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Lamasco neighborhood where volunteers and city staff will clean streets, mow lawns and demolish a blighted home — part of Mayor Stephanie Terry’s initiative to improve local neighborhoods. 14 News
- ➤ Indiana Department of Transportation crews will begin patching potholes on Lloyd Expressway near Posey County Line Road and work east toward Rosenberger Avenue starting Tuesday (4 a.m. to after 2 p.m.) and lasting until Wednesday. Drivers should expect significant morning commute delays during the work. 14 News
- ➤ Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry returned from a three-day trip to Washington, D.C. where she attended the African American Mayor’s Association Conference to discuss public safety and economic growth; she said Michael Strahan’s comment — that all must win together — influenced her approach as she met with mayors including Eric Adams, Andre Dickens and Brandon Johnson.
