- ➤ A Georgia man — 46-year-old Derrick Perry — was arrested by Evansville Police after he drove the wrong way on South Garvin Street just after midnight Saturday and failed a sobriety test following three drinks at a bar. 14 News

- ➤ Patoka Township firefighters are hosting a rescue demonstration outside the USDA-Gibson County Farm Service Agency to show farmers how to escape from grain bins. They explained that wet grain can crust over and trap workers— and only three people have been rescued in Gibson County in the last 20 years. WEHT
