- ➤ James E. Martin Jr. was riding an electric bicycle when he was hit by a vehicle Saturday and died at Deaconess Midtown Hospital, and the case remains under investigation. 14 News
- ➤ A 77-year-old man, James E. Martin Sr., died after being hit while riding an electric bicycle near South Evans Avenue and Bellemeade Avenue; police took the driver to the hospital for a blood draw and the investigation is ongoing. 44 News
- ➤ Authorities identified 77 year old James E. Martin Sr as the bicyclist who died after being hit by a vehicle at the intersection of South Evans Avenue and Bellemeade Avenue around 12:30 p.m. Saturday—police said the motorist was taken to a hospital for a blood draw as the investigation continues. - ➤ Henderson police arrested two juveniles on charges including terrorist threatening after a physical altercation at a house on the (300 block of Ragan Avenue) when the boys emerged with handguns and threatened a victim, and video footage from witnesses (helped secure the arrest). 14 News
- ➤ A 59-year-old Illinois man, James McCollum, was pulled over in Evansville for an illegal U-turn and failed field sobriety tests while deputies found nearly $4,000 in cash and almost 3 pounds of marijuana in his car—he is now held without bond in Vanderburgh County Jail following previous drug convictions from Louisiana and Texas. 14 News
- ➤ Evansville Police arrested 34-year-old Devon Chavis on Monday after he admitted firing a warning shot from his handgun during an argument at Pueblo Pass, and he was booked on charges of intimidation and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon with no injuries reported. 44 News
