- ➤ Funeral arrangements for 31-year-old Maria Guetling, a registered nurse killed in a box truck crash on St. Joseph Avenue on June 16, will include a visitation from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and a memorial service at 6 p.m. on June 22—her burial will be held at 10 a.m. on June 23 at Resurrection Catholic Church. 44 News

- ➤ Madisonville Police arrested Adam Kloeppel after stopping his rental car just before 8:30 p.m. on Thursday for swerving on the road and finding two stolen handguns in the trunk—he said he was headed to Texas. 14 News
- ➤ Evansville Police responded to three calls on Thursday when officers found two unsupervised children at an apartment complex at 4:30 a.m., a toddler wandering a neighborhood at 7:30 a.m., and a 9-year-old in only underwear at a park at 7 p.m.—they contacted parents, took an incident report, and transported the child home where needed. - ➤ The Gibson County Sheriff's Office is still searching for 63-year-old Lora Overton known as Lora Ridgely, who was reported missing over a year ago in Princeton + anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff's office. 44 News
- ➤ Evansville man Jason Horne was sentenced to 60 years plus a 5-year firearm enhancement for the murder of Jennifer Gorecki along South Morton Avenue after a retrial followed an April mistrial — his conviction was handed down on May 23rd in Vanderburgh Circuit Court. 44 News
