- ➤ Police arrested Evansville man Finney Hayden (27) after he allegedly choked, punched and rammed a woman's vehicle at an apartment on Harriet Street around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday before fleeing, with deputies later using stop sticks to capture him. 44 News

- ➤ Scientists warn that invasive pests including Asian jumping worms, emerald ash borers, spongy moth caterpillars, spotted lanternflies and Asian longhorn beetles are damaging Indiana's trees, soil and crops—threatening forests, urban gardens and vineyards.
