Henderson man Gregory Durbin, 49, is charged with drunk driving after officers pulled him over on Covert Avenue when they found he drove on Green River Road without headlights and his breathalyzer registered a BAC of .186 — more than twice the legal limit.

Thomas Rainey Jr. filed a federal lawsuit against Boonville city and its police department, saying his 2023 arrest was an unlawful effort to force a confession about his missing mother, Donna Hatfield's case; the claim is backed by a notarized power of attorney (showing his legal right to handle her property). The suit accuses officers of violating his rights and has not yet prompted a response from the defendants.
