  • New data for May shows that the median home price in Vanderburgh County reached $225,000—up 4.8% from April and 22.5% higher than last May. Single-family homes sold for a median of $224,312, while condominiums and townhomes reached $233,881, and overall recorded sales increased by 7.4% to 406.  Courier & Press
