- ➤ On Wednesday morning, hundreds of Evansville children with special needs began the West Side Nut Club Fall Festival early on West Franklin Street to reduce crowds and noise. - ➤ The West Side Nut Club Fall Festival Half Pot has raised $983,830 as of 1:50 p.m. Wednesday from Franklin Street and online sales and could reach $2 million if it follows last year’s record—tickets are sold at different rates and the winner will be announced at 7 p.m. on Oct. 12 online.
