- ➤ Newburgh United Methodist Church will host a Trunk or Treat event on October 19 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the church's Life Center and back parking lot—4178 Highway 261. Families can enjoy trick-or-treating from decorated cars, candy, prizes, entertainment, games, crafts, cotton candy, a bounce house, and dinner—all in a safe Halloween environment. 44 News

- ➤ Realtor.com data shows that in July, single-family homes in Vanderburgh County sold at a median price of $215,600—up 2.7% from June’s $210,000—with six homes selling for over $1 million among 372 recorded sales. In contrast, the median price for condominiums and townhomes dropped sharply from $255,937 in June to $137,500. Courier & Press
