  • On Tuesday, the city's Litter Patrol team cleaned key areas including Harlan and St. Joe avenues, Highway 41, Division Street and other routes amid rainy conditions. The 82 volunteers filled 346 trash bags with car parts, scrap metal, shopping carts, toys, a car battery, furniture and plastic bottles.  44 News
