Enjoy a gorgeous setting, prepare a delicious mushroom dinner with our guidance, and settle in for warm bread, dessert and a few special touches to make the night memorable.

About the event

On Saturday, December 5 , we’ll gather for a festive evening of cooking and celebrating the season together.

Our featured dish is Yuletide Blue Oyster Stuffed Shells —tender jumbo pasta shells generously filled with golden-browned Blue Oyster mushrooms, buttery leeks, creamy ricotta, Parmesan and fresh sage, nestled in a silky white-wine Parmesan cream sauce. Optional mild Italian sausage is mixed into the mushroom-ricotta filling for an added savory touch. We’ll sit down to enjoy our finished meal with warm crusty bread and dessert.

You’ll learn how to sear mushrooms, make a savory mushroom-ricotta filling, stuff your pasta shells and build a silky white-wine Parmesan sauce—all using one skillet. This is a relaxed, fully hands-on class with guidance from start to finish.

And because it’s Christmas, we’re making the evening extra special—with a festive atmosphere and a little something beyond the cooking to celebrate the season. 🎄✨

A cash bar and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. Water is complimentary. No outside food or drinks are permitted.

Cooking setup

Individual tickets include one skillet and cooking station for you to cook on your own. Two-person tickets include one shared skillet and cooking station for both guests to cook together.

The two-person ticket is perfect for partners, friends or family members. No prior cooking experience is needed—we’ll guide you along the way!

Age note

Please let us know at registration if anyone in your group will be under 21 so we can plan for bar service and seating.

Due to advance food purchases and limited seating, registrations are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest.
