About this event

Grief and trauma heal more wholly when shared and witnessed.

Whether you’d like to hold space for others as a witness, or you’re looking for an opportunity to share, you are welcome to gather with us.

What to expect:

Expressions related to mental health, therapy, growth, healing and living in today’s world.

• Stand up comedy

• Poetry or short story reading

• Singer song writing

• Expressive art and dance

• Some benches, chairs and blankets available.

• Feel free to bring your own food and beverages. Water, tea and hot chocolate provided.

• No public restroom
