About this event
Floor Flow combines all of the elements you need to slink and slither your way across the floor. Flexibility, foundational elements, body awareness, and choreography combinations will be explored in each class. All levels are welcome, no previous experience required. Knee pads and socks are highly recommended, heels optional.
