About this event
This is a beginner/beginner+ Lyra class. Get familiar with the feel and weight of the Lyra, as well as mounting and dismounting. This class will include beginner shapes and transitions as well as choreography. All levels welcome. It is suggested to at least have 2-3 Intro to Pole classes before signing up for Lyra. Please wear leggings, socks, and a tight fitting top.
