Escape & Evade: Restraint-Break Workshop
When seconds matter, confidence and technique make the difference. Learn methods for breaking duct tape, slipping rope, and defeating zip-ties. This hands on class will give you plenty of practice.
In this session you will:
• Drill leverage-based escapes step by step
• Practice solo and partner scenarios under real-time pressure
• Learn improvised tools and safety protocols used by security professionals
