- ➤ Evansville will host its first Mac and Cheese Festival on Saturday afternoon at Main Street Food and Beverage—organizers said the festival will run from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a VIP event at 12 p.m. The event will offer over 40 mac and cheese options, live music, an eating contest, and a corn hole tournament. - ➤ Marion VA Health Care System visited Evansville on Friday to thank Tri-State Vietnam veterans for their service and sacrifices ahead of National Vietnam War Veterans Day—organizers said the event marked a long overdue welcome home for those who served. WEHT
