- ➤ The Presidents Neighborhood Association is planning a pocket park (located between Highway 41, Washington Avenue, Weinbach Avenue, and Covert Avenue) to offer play space and events for over 2,200 residents who lack nearby green areas. The project will fill a local need if approved. 44 News
